Our new Aruba home is a modern luxury rental house located in the exclusive Noord residential area just across from the Marriott Resort, adjacent to the Aruba Raquet Club (see local map) and near some of the best beaches on the island.

There are three or four bedrooms available. One bedroom has a kitchenette and can be used as a separate studio apartment or maids quarters. There are also three full bathrooms with showers as well as a centrally located half bath. The house is fully air-conditioned. Eight adults can sleep very comfortably It contains a fully equipped, modern kitchen complete with all appliances, dishes, silverware and even pots/pans. There is a large living room complete with cable TV and entertainment center. Walk through the French glass doors and you enter our covered outdoor porch. In the rear of the house you will find a sun deck and outdoor shower. In the rear garden area is a large gas barbecue. In the side garden, next to the separate entrance for the efficiency apartment is a small patio area. A beautiful community pool with waterfall and cabana is 100 ft from the front door.

Our Aruba house location is perfect because it is right across the Salina(pond) minutes from the beach. The beaches are great with little or no surf. This area is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, kite boarding, sailing and just about any other water sport you can think of. While some beaches are full of activity such as the windsurf/kite boarding area, others are quiet and almost private. Use of all facilities of the adjacent Aruba Racquet Club (including tennis and exercise room) are included with rental. For golfers, our house is 5 minute drive from Tierra Del Sol country club and golf course. This is an 18-hole, world-class course and is the host of pro tour events.
